DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping (within New Zealand) on orders over $30.00, before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged $5.00 for standard shipping.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges are only allowed on unopened products purchased through www.lacolors.co.nz, and within 30 days of original purchase date. All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within 7 days from purchase.

Refunds are issued for original purchase price, less original shipping cost.
For products not purchased through www.lacolors.co.nz, please contact the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
